In this session, we will review common ACH Exceptions such as Prenotes, NOCs, Reversals, Returns, and Reclamations. Through various scenarios, we’ll discuss RDFI responsibilities and proper procedures according to the Nacha Operating Rules.
Presenter:
Carolyn Hagood, a Payments Training Specialist with The Clearing House Payments Authority (TCHPA), is responsible for developing member resources and delivering payments education for our audience. She is instrumental in helping the team plan for and present timely payments industry topics to meet the needs of our financial institution members and corporate subscribers.
Carolyn brings years of payments industry expertise to her role at TCHPA, having previously held positions in auditing, business banking, and treasury management. In each of these roles, she developed and maintained training curriculum to help her team optimize their work performance. Carolyn has a passion for being an educator and truly enjoys empowering others through learning.
