Can I get a refund on an Employee or Board of Directors Training product?

No, all Employee and Board of Directors Training products are non-refundable.

Can I get a refund for a RECORDED webinar, virtual class, or virtual school product?

No, all recorded products are non-refundable.

I have purchased a LIVE webinar, virtual class, or virtual school product but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

AML-ology will honor refund requests for webinars, virtual classes, or virtual school products if the request is made within three days prior to the start of the event.

I am a current AML-ology Mentor member – what do I need to do?

All current and active Mentor Members will automatically be upgraded into the Mentor-Enterprise level of membership with the users listed on your account on the AML-ology website, unless previously requested. We encourage you to review these users to be sure they are still active with your FI/company, and you wish for them to continue to receive access to AML-ology. You will see no changes in your membership access or cost.

If your membership is due to renew, and you wish to move to the Mentor-Individual level, please reach out to [email protected] to make this adjustment.

I am a current AML-ology Academic member – since Academic membership was for one year, and now it is going to 3 months, what are the increased benefits?

You will receive 50% off all BSA Deep Dive webinars and access to our exclusive AML TurboTalks® archive.

I am a current AML-ology Academic member – what happens to my Academic Membership after the 3 free months?

To continue Academic Membership after the 3 free months, you will need to renew your membership by 9/15/2023 at the new rate of $249, or it will automatically drop to an Enthusiast level membership.

I am a current AML-ology Academic member – what happens to my current Academic membership?

We will cancel the auto-renewal on your current Academic membership so that you will not be charged; however, you will automatically receive 3 free months of the new Academic Membership at no charge to you.

When will the upgrade to memberships occur?

All active AML-ology Academic or Mentor memberships will automatically upgrade on Thursday, June 15th, 2023.

Absolutely! To view our AML TurboTalks®, which is a benefit of our higher levels of membership, click here to watch a free session. Scroll down to “October” under the recorded section. You must be at least an Enthusiast member to view this complimentary session.
